R.J. Howell Company will not excavate any location with out first notifying the Ohio Utility Protection Service (OUPS) for your right of way utilities, and residential properties. We utilizes private locating companies for Industrial, Commercial, and locations out of OUPS responsibility to insure all underground utilities are accounted for.
